Re: Amazing Grace Engraving
I think I have it figured out thanks to all the help here as usual. Now I just have to find a pic good enough to use so I don't have to edit it for a month!

Re: Amazing Grace Engraving
Thanks everyone for all the help and comments. I found the original piece on a google search -it was a PNG file. From there I was able to do some editing and get it to a pdf file-and then from there finally crv files. I made three so far and am working on two more. I am not sure of the font since it was copied from the original png file. I will post more pictures of the two I am working on soon.

Another Amazing Grace. It seems I cannot make these fast enough:) Every time I show one-that person wants it or they know someone who would enjoy this old Church hymn.

Re: Amazing Grace Engraving
Looks great! Thanks for sharing.
I found the png file but how much did you have to clean up the lettering to get it to come out that clearly? I started to do this about a year ago but just couldn't get them to clean up enough in the conversion.....probably a skill I need to keep improving on...

Re: Amazing Grace Engraving
It took quite awhile to get it to this stage. About 8 tries! until I started to actually like it. Thanks to everyone for their help & encouragement. What a fantastic support system!!
