Control toolpath order of cut using same tool

I have three tool paths all using the same tool .25 End Mill, but I want to run the profile toolpath last. How do I save all three in one file and have them run in the order I choose, profile part last. Is this possible or do I need to save the profile in a separate file and run it last?

On the Toolpath dialog (right side). Use the UP/Down arrows to place the toolpaths in the order you want.
