Re: New England Meet and Greet
Leo don't forget to record the proceedings tomorrow & take lots of pictures. Looking forward to learning how it all went. Hope everything goes well for you although I can't think why it wouldn't.
Would love to be able to attend the Vectric 2 day Camp or something like this in the States but that is never going to happen unless I win the lottery

Just a note, if some of you stay in New Bedford and have a bit of time go take a look at the Bedford Whaling Museum. It is right dowtown. Just up the street is a restaurant called FreeStone something. Really good food and the best fried clams I have ever eaten, EVER! (I have been listening to 20 somethings lately, sorry)

Re: New England Meet and Greet
I have never been to Freestones in New Bedford.
Anyway it didn't rain.
WOW - what a great group - pics later after I get to crash for a while.
Everybody had a good time and left not being hungry. Plenty of food. There was AMPLE show and tell and great conversations.
It was a good day.

Re: New England Meet and Greet
Hey Leo:)
Just wanted to thank you one more time for organizing and getting together such a wonderful group of people, and giving me one of the best days of the year so far!!!
It was a pleasure meeting a group of like minded people, and talking machines and materials!
Hopefully you've started a trend to make small gatherings like this more readily available to people!!
Both Ron and I had a Wonderful time
Really enjoyed myself, as my cat is such a lousy conversationalist
NOW I know a bunk of names, but of course I totally spaced asking their forum names
Hope others chime in with appreciation and sign with their first names, so I can get faces/names/avatar names connected!
Ron was talking about how Michael got him thing of doing stained glass/wood creations
Small and intimate like that was perfect...even I could do it if I didn't stroke out or have a nervous breakdown(I think)
Post pics please! My Canon was having an "error 99" hissy fit, so I didn't bring it:(
