Thank you everyone with your help with my problem. I think the problem was in my Stepper motor acceleration settings. All of my axis had very low acceleration settings (2) Was able to increase my Z axis acceleration to 15 (from 2) and was able to change my X and Y from 2 to 8. While still having motors run smoothly. I ran the same exact gcode and was able to run the same gcode an hour faster than the previous run with minimal toolmarks. (See Photos) I will continue to fine tune. I'm surprised I was able to complete any of the previous projects with poorly tuned stepper motors.
