I would love to see a date stamp on the video's. There are so many, which is great, but sometimes I just want to see what new video's are out there.

While that sounds like a useful thing to have, all of the tutorials were re-recorded, and most of the content was revised to make use of the new features, so the timestamp would be the same for all of them. Perhaps you can search directly for videos that concern new features.
