Version 9 problem

Hello guys,
I have bought the aspire version 9 and having fun with the new features.
But I have a question. On the 8.5 version at the bottom of the tool path side
there is box the check either SHOW 2D PREVIEWS and a box that says SOLID.
Where do I find the solid box on version 9.

It's on the new tool bar at the top.

I looked all over and tried to find tutorial on it with no luck.
There was another change that I could not find which was
select all open vectors but I stumbled on it yesterday.
