tilting in Y axis

tilting in Y axis
I have a 3d probe file that i need to tilt .020 in the Y axis using a center point at the end of the part. Can this b done?

When you load a file like that, you have some options to rotate the object. Interactive Rotation.
But you do not rotate (tilt) things by numbers like .020. .020 from where? You tilt with an angle.
Frankly, it is much easier to tilt models in the software that created them.
BUT, you can also tilt a model using the Tilt function in the Components Property tab. Works well.
