A long , long time ago,,,in a far distant........oops, skip that.
Lets start over,
A long time ago, someone posted the name of a small program that, when activated, would keep tract of the time spent on anything.
For me, it was meant to help keep track of the time spent on 3-D modeling.
It could also be linked to the Aspire program directly so that when I would open a session of Aspire the time tracking program would start.
Now, as it goes with many things in my life, I've lost all reference to that nifty little program.
Would anyone know of such an animal ??
Thanks,
Michael

Re: Time Tracking
For those interested in tracking the real time it takes to develop a project, I found a nifty little free program that is perfect for my needs,,and maybe yours.
Grindstone
It shows me just how much time I spend on making models...and what my real wage rate is....But , I still love making 3-D models.

I've got health problems that mean I can only work part time & they also cause me to work slower than I use to be able to, the last thing I need is to know how long something takes & what my real hourly rate is
On a more serious note though, time spent on the computer designing is often time which often isn't taken into account or if it is then no where near fully. Don't know what it is like on your side of the pond but I work as a signmaker (but not 3 dimensional signage, seems to be a difficult market to get into in the UK especially for a one man band.) & people in general seem to have a problem when you mention design time, they will pay a Graphic Designer a fortune for their time but for some reason signmakers seem to be different. I just give an overall price for the job now rather than itemise it like I use to

Re: Time Tracking
Time tracking might be a good feature add, but like others, I'm afraid to know how much time I spend designing a project. In my previous life as a contractor, I did a lot of design work in Chief Architect, which had a integrated time tracker and I did use it, for reference mostly.
