These look great!
Any chance someone can save these as a .crv file, so that us lowly VCarve users could use them? Please..

You can download the free trial copy of Aspire, open the file in it, and then Save As a VCarve file.

Those really look good. I have made plates from many different materials, but haven't tried corian yet. I will have to try some. They do need a bit of a recess on the back side to allow the cover plate to fit tight to the wall. Easy to set up a pocket toolpath and cut about .1" deep on the back side.

Made a few out of wood for sizing, mine are about 3x5", holes and switch cutout were fine as is.
Made it a slight 3D shape, we have zebra, bocote and walnut here, the walnut I added a bark texture and took about 1 hr using a 1/32 tbn, smooth ones half of that.
They are about .27 thick, work fine as is on a wall without a recess in the back.

May or may not do corian with 3D models, from an economic standpoint I think the most people are likely to pay is $10 for something really nice, which to me would not justify the time & effort, but of course they can be fun to make and something to add to the resume and for special gifts.
