I can't find exact specs on the Laguna IQ accuracy (Laguna says that it is very accurate). I would appreciate info on backlash (in thousandths) and repeatability, etc.

Probably uses typical chinese C7 ballscrews. Look up the specs for those.
I'm not sure I've ever seen any router manufacturers provide backlash specs.
