Sorry for the slow reply. They're approx. 450mm (17") across. Didn't want them too big...

Very nice. Are the adjoining cuts straight or did you use a tapered bit?

All cuts were done with a 6mm spiral downcut bit. Nothing fancy, cut the shape, glue & clamp, and then begin sanding.
