Corrupt file failed to open Code 1

I have a file that I believe is corrupt. When I try to open it, I get an error. Failed to open Code 1. I do have all the cut files. This is a file that I have used before. Is there a way to import or convert the file back to the design files. I need to change of the toolpaths.
