dollar store wood boxes

Post by deadgoodcharlie »

these boxes are great for holding your lithophanes some have a plastic window in the top so your lithos would have to be based around that size opening. This box did not have the window so I unscrewed the lid and cut one out.

Also forgot to mention that I lined the sides and back with foil tape.

I was going to comment on how bright the picture looked. Are you able to post pictures of the light set up and the inside of the box?.

Thanks for the heads-up on the boxes! I'll check them out today! I still haven't tried a Lithophane but I'm getting closer...

I have a Dollar type store nearby I will look and see if they have boxes. I see wooden boxes on Amazon for around 3 to 5 dollars depending on size.
I may try one or 2 for my V-Carved acrylics.
