copy object along vector

Post by COWBOY1296 »

I am not sure this needs to be fixed or even if it can. In an effort to copy objects along the vector, it looks great until it gets to the corners. Is there a way to fill it in evenly?

I think that corners are always a problem, both for the math and the intuition. What would you want the software to do in the corners/

Not really sure but there seems to be a problem in the corners, but if it is cant be fixed then i can live with it. I just wanted to make sure that i was not missing something.

For a quick fix you could delete the corners and replace with the nice v shaped one I circled, If you deleted half of the border you would only have to manually fix 5 then mirror.(delete the two extra center ones) Or even a single "bump" manually aligned in the corners. Use the original vector as a guide (offset if needed). sometimes just changing the number of copies helps with corners.

The bottom point looks a little strange, probably because of number of copies as well, mirroring half of the design may help symmetry.
