Just bought your $99 CD

Post by Greasetattoo »

Hello,
I sent a message through the VectorArt 3D website, nobody responded.
So, I thought I would post the message here!

I just bought the $99 CD.
Can I download the models from the site, or do I have to wait to get the CD in the mail?

I was just looking for the log home model, which is included on the CD.
Any chance, I could download it from you website?
(I have a sign that I would like to make in the mean time, waiting for my CD to arrive)
thanks
Grease

Hi Grease,
glad the CD got there fast. I did email you yesterday with the cabin file in response to the email you sent to us - did you get the email?

Thanks,
James

James,
No I didn't get your e-mail..
Kinda weird, I had a couple of other people that said they didn't get some e-mails, I sent and I didn't receive some that were sent to me...

Oh well, all is good now!

Thanks again for the super fast service!

That is odd, I just replied to your email. It did have a 3Mb attachment but that should be OK with most mail. Anyway glad your all set. Regards,
James
