Creating a boundary
Hi everyone, I have a few questions about use design and make projects. When I bring in a project and try to create a vector boundary from selected components to do a outside cutout, it does it but there are hundreds of nodes and they are very jagged, so when I do the cutout it's very ruff. First is there a way to create the boundary so that it's smoother, and second what is the difference between the blue and black nodes? I have been just deleting some of the jagged nodes and smoothing it out but it takes forever. Thanks Tim

Re: Creating a boundary
Basically black ones are line segments or arcs and blue ones are beziers. You can use the Fit Curves to Selected Vectors tool on the Drawing tab to smooth them out.
However you shouldn't be getting loads of nodes when using the Create Vector Boundary tool. Are you using an appropriate resolution for the project?
