Incredible Customer Service

Post by Rcnewcomb »

I had a problem with downloading a design I had purchased -- probably because of my hyperactive spam filter. I e-mailed the friendly folks at VectorArt3D and James was able to get the problem straightened out.

Not only are the designs great but the customer service is outstanding. Thanks, James, for your help.

I hope to show the finished results in a few weeks.

Same here.

I had once a problem with a specific file from a batch download and within 24 hours (maybe less) I had the problem solve with the fixed file.

I second the good and fast customer services from Vector Art 3D.

Dido, I had postage problems and they were sorted out the next day. Although I think everyone on this forum knows how good VA3D are (And Vectric for that matter!), we need to start finding some random new sites to spread our compliments. Where the 'Non-VA3D/Vectric' people are in the dark, and don't know what they're missing! :D
