What programs are used to convert to 3d art ????? i was playing with AI and was able to make 3d file but when i go to save it no save feature is compatible....

I would really like to learn to make my own 3d models... :D

Patrick there are quite a few posts in the Cut 3D section that might answer your question.

There are quite a few software titles out there that will get you going in the 3D world.

Silo is popular, some modeling software, and Wings are used as well.

i use Wings because it's simple. This winter I plan on learning Silo.

Vector Art 3d is the prefered method for me due to the fact they are hassle free and the final product is very profesional looking. Plus it doesn't require hours and hours to get a model to the machine.
When more time is available I will try and make some more 3d models.
