Dear Tim,

I understood that Vector Art 3D, Inc. has established firm ties with Vectric Ltd and that you will manage the company from England. Unfortunately, any orders that involve physical shipment still need to be ordered and shipped from the US which is a costly endeavor considering shipping charges and nuisances regarding VAT and import taxes. Are you currently planning to ship your products directly from the UK ?

Probably the best solution would be that the collections are no longer physically shipped but rather marked as a free download for each customer which has bought them so that the respective artwork may be downloaded on a piece by piece basis. This should also allow you to decrease the costs on your end considerably.

Thanks for the feedback. For the immediate future there will be no change in the current process, so orders will continue to be shipped from our distributor in the US. We are reviewing all products and processes during the integration with Vectric though and will make sure to have this as part of our discussion.
