photo vcarve settings
Is there a setting that will cut the background deeper to enhance the photo, making it stand out more?

Contrast, to a degree.
I find it better to manipulate the photo with editing software first to get the results you want, but maybe someone will chime in with a tip.

I use Paint.Net. http://www.getpaint.net/index.html
It is similar to and much more powerful than the Windows Paint Program and there are tutorials available.

Thanks, Mike. I tried to download it, but my computer does not have the specifications for it.

Re: photo vcarve settings
I use photoimpact 10, older program but has alot of bells and whistles and easy to use.
I think there is a "gimp" that is free and alot of people use.
