spindle not turning in PVC

spindle not turning in PVC
When I try to cut from PVC, my spindle will not spin. If I import the saved copy into Vcarve Pro, it works fine. Any idea what the issue might be? Thanks, Robin

Thanks, I checked my file and it does not begin with the so,1,1 or end with so,1,0. If I were smarter I would try to fix it myself
