Post by rsciolino »

I need to add some post processors that i have in my vcarve pro data folder into photovcarve. how is this done? i cut and pasted them into the directory but they do not show up on the listing of processors within the photovcarve program.

Vcarve Post Processors won't work in PhotoVcarve without modification, they generally contain a lot of features that are not supported in the older PhotoVCarve program.

PhotoVCarve PP's are stored in the actual Program Files folder for PhotoVCarve in the PostP sub folder. Note that with the later versions of Windows they don't like files being changed in those locations if User Account Control is active so they end up getting mirrored in the Windows user data area instead.

C:\Users\"LOGIN NAME"\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\PhotoVCarve\PostP is where they would end up in Vista and Windows 7 with UAC turned on.
