can't enter license code

After more than a year of ownership I am finally starting to play with PVC.
Am trying to get a copy on my garage computer, when I go to help/enter code, nothing happens and it remains a trial version.
Anyone know why, isn't more than 1 installation allowed ?

I have it on my desktop and my laptop....Email them a Request with all your info.

You can't license the trial version. You can only license the version that you downloaded when you bought the program. If you didn't save that file somewhere then you will need to email support and ask them to send you another download link.

You can install on three separate PC's as long as you're the only person who uses the program.
