Well, I don't own PVC but I have been playing around with inkscape and PVC trial ver. to try to make some deep relief faux stone carvings.
Kind of a fake grey scale using desaturate, invert, and blur on generic photo's of stone carvings.
I was trying to decide on buying VCP just to try something like this and finish with faux metal coatings.
Guess my question is, anyone do anything like this w/PVC

There are quite a few threads knocking about plus a couple of tutorials. Search for "grayscale" and you should find them.

Adrain,
Thanks, I had forgotten about TReischl topic on grayscale, in the Vcarve tips and tricks
Guess now I need to learn how to paint or generate a true grayscale, I was cheating
Something else to learn
These guys are talented and creative
