Rectangle maker from Calc file (example Excel & OpenOffice) request

Hi All!
I need gadget that would create rectangles from calc file (example Excel & OpenOffice).
I create a lot of cabinet fronts, also counting square meters and prices with open office calc file and it woudl be great simplification if I could import X, Y and quantity to aspire to create simple rectangles with one layer.

I was searching for it, but find nothing.

1. A drawing of what you want the gadget to make.
2. Copy of the file you have to read (CSV, TXT, etc...)
