Box making CNC Style.

Post by Wemme »

Hi All.
Unfortunatly due to work commitments I have not been as active on the forum or on my beloved cnc as I would have like to have been.
However I jumped on the oppertunity to make some small boxes out of 7mm Plywood today with locking corners for a ww2 Militaria collector.
Vcarve worked Great as always and the TAB function made the job easy to produce without any damage to product, tool or Me!

Happy Cutting

Regards
Bart

would you be willing to share your crv files? Looks like a fun project and I'm sure I could find a use for a nice little box like that.

Hi Stew.
Was a nice little project, you will have to modify to suit your needs i.e. Material thickness etc and this has a funny lid, also make the lid a little bit bigger.
Some filing of the slots will be required to remove the tool radius but this doesn't take long.
I plan to make some more of these soon.

Bart
