Here is a really, quick to make, simple design for an "Occasional Table", if anyone is interested in producing any.
You could even send them out "Flat Packed" with a small pot of glue. To be assembled on site. It's so easy.
I have made a few in the past but now we can all create a design V-carved into the top surface.
When your customers call round to discuss a project, sit them down at your new V-carved table, with a coffee, or beer Jay and Don, and let them admire your work.
If anyone does produce one, please post a picture.
Assembly instructions. Parts labeled in .crv file
Place a little glue inside the slot in part B.
Lower part A over part B.
Apply some glue on the short horizontal shoulders of part A & B.
Lower the shelf over A & B and apply some weights to hold down until glue dries.
Apply glue to the groove in table top.
Lay the table top over parts A & B and apply weights to hold down until glue dries.
Regards,
Warren.

Hi Phil,
I've just placed these parts anywhere on a sheet size of 8' x 4'. To demonstrate only.
You can mix and rotate depending on how many you wish to make. If you are using a veneered board don't forget the grain direction.
The finished table is 20" high and about 4' long. But you can always offset the outer edge of the top if you wish to make slightly smaller.
The material I was cutting was 18.2mm thick, so you may need to open the slots slightly if you are thinking of 3/4" material.
Regards,
Warren.
