Wall Plaque

Post by Frxdy »

I cut this family name with a 60 degree V bit. It's only 5 inchs by 10 inches so the detail is tight. It's European cherry wood primed and painted with One Shot sign paint then carved. After the carving it got clear Minwax urethane. It looks better in person!

Also, a cribbage board. I'm the original designer of it, and I keep making changes. The text on this one is a bit too deep. This was before I got my 60 degree bit and had to use a 120.

Looks good. Did you design it in VCPro or some other software?
Take it easy.

The plaque was designed by a friend for a different project. I "borrowed" the vector. The cribbage board I originally designed in Flexi Pro sign software.
