The sign below is new customer Roy Burrill's first job programmed with VCW.
The substrate is 80" x 20" x 3/4 thick Sign Foam board and was cut on his ShopBot
router using a 90 degree 1" diameter V-Bit.

The signs do look fantastic. The O could be that that's the companies logo and how it is. Now that I've gotten into CNC stuff everywhere I got I notice things like that.
I'd like to try cutting some of that sign foam board. It looks like it would cut nice and hold a sharp edge. Anyone know where to get some at a good price?

Hi Marty - The 'O' in the sign design is drawn that way and I guess it has some meaning to te owners?
