They are 4.5" x 8.25" rattle canned PVC.

How did you spray the black and get the PVC so clean? Looks like it has a pretty good texture to trap the paint.

The PVC (like sintra) I started with was black. It was sprayed with Rustoleum Hammered (Bronze, I think). After a few days of curing, it was V-carved at .025" depth. The two examples in the picture will eventually get sprayed with satin clear which adds a little protection plus an added depth perception. I'll post a finished pic when I get that far.
