Hey All!
This month’s project brings a whole collection of techniques I’ve always wanted to try out, bending wood, cutting textures into resin to reveal the different layers (I’ve always thought that this serves as a piece of art in its own right!) and finally combining resin with wood! So I have pulled all of these techniques together to create a table and stool set for you to try out for yourself! Please refer to the video before attempting to cut your own! Here's the link to the vid and where to download the project files:

That is very cool. How would one go about finishing a piece like this to use outside in your yard?

A good exterior Urethane Finish should work.

Great project, Beki! That was quite a massive project to undertake for your first time working with resin and the wood bending techniques!
Now that you've done all the hard work and explained everything so clearly, it takes all the "fear" out from attempting this project (or similar), on our own. Thank you for a job well done!

Bonch ~ Thank you for your comments. I too would recommend Exterior Varnish or Urethane to finish it for outdoor use
Michael ~ Thank you It was a massive project, and I have learnt a lot through doing it. I'm hoping with me being a newbie to these techniques does take the fear out of you guys giving it a go, I had fun and hope others do too
Thanks Again
