More of my project

Postby Makingtoothpicks » Sat Apr 28, 2018 2:03 am

I have made some changes to the way I am making the 32 Counties of Ireland project.
I was using wax and then painting and letting over paint happen. Let it dry then sand. I now
have something that looks like I will be able to avoid sanding. I have started to use liquid
acrylic. Some small plastic bottles that have very small tip 3mm , 5mm , 7mm. I am using
the 7mm. Works almost to well. I have made a couple of mistakes that will need some sanding
on one tile. I moved it before dry, Lesson learned . Here are some pictures of part done pieces.
I need to perfect working with liquid acrylic

That gives an interesting look...are you going to leave it proud where/when you don't have to sand?

Link to the paints? (please ;-)

Thanks
