Looks clean...a 3mm EM and a 2mm BN? That must have taken forever...mind sharing some details of the cut?
I'm just starting to experiment with aluminum and looking for all the hints/help I can get...Thanks

Re: Aluminium Fishing Mold
Hi, so I drive with the X and Y axis at 720 mm / min and with the Z axis at 520 mm / min. Speed is 15000 1 / min. I use the aluminum 5083. Mold milling time was 8 hours for both halves.

Thanks for that...the info gives me a good place to start and your project gives me a good example of the quality I should be shooting for...Flyfish wrote:Hi, so I drive with the X and Y axis at 720 mm / min and with the Z axis at 520 mm / min.
