ToolsToday.com has a video on their website of a CNC project of a gingerbread man candy dish. They also sell the corresponding 3D model.

I bought the 3D model, but really don't like the face of the gingerbread man (as you may be able to see from the first picture). So instead of cutting the face from the 3D model, I excluded the face from the 3D toolpaths and redid the face using 2D toolpaths. I attempted to match the gingerbread texture on the body with a texture toolpath. If you look closely, you can see that it's not a perfect match, but I think it's close enough.
This project was colored (with pastels) by Erica, and cut, sanded and finished by Marty.
