Dan, for some reason, when you draw a closed shape, the profile vector is always applied to the outside of the drive vector. This means the drive vector must be the inside shape of the spoon and not the outside shape. For my spoon, the inside shape is a small oval and then I use a flat tool to level the bump in the middle of that small oval.
I'll upload the .crv files for my spoon, both front and back, as two examples. Note that I missed the clearance tool option of the moulding toolpath, so I added two additional roughing toolpaths to clear out material. I'll improve on that when I get a chance. This is one of the few chances I have to upload a file that doesn't exceed the size restriction of the forum!
