Rebel Alliance Cookies

Post by Bob Jr »

This Saturday at our monthly meeting in Milwaukee, we will be featuring a presentation by one of our members who has made an R2-D2!

It's a well know fact that while preparing for battle, the rebel fighters treat themselves to cookies and hot chocolate...really.
I made a rebel insignia cookie cutter, and then baked cookies with a whole lot of help from my wife.
We can munch on rebel alliance cookies and learn the secrets of making an R2-D2.
Here's how the cookies turned out:

Looks like you have done a good job with the cookie cutter Bob, wouldn't be surprised if you had members asking you to make one for them

What's it made from ? Looks like some sort of engineering plastic

I used hdpe for the cutter. It's nice material to machine, and what I happened to have at the time. The engineered look is probably from the cookie dust (flour) that's still on the cutter.

Doug,
So that's the purpose of that nifty little tray that pops out the side of my computer! All this time, I thought it was just a coffee cup holder.
A cookie should fit perfectly. I'll send one right away.
Look for one in your tray.
