Plaque is 21" x 9" high.
.25 endmil for roughing pass 2.5 hours
.125 BN endmill 10% stepover. Conventional cut. 4.5 hours
.500 60° V-Bit for the lettering 1.5 hours.
.25 endmill profile cut through last quarter inch of tabbed material. 5 minutes.
Very little finish sanding required. Sealed with 2 coats sanding sealer.
Hand painted lettering with Black heavy bodied acrylic and a chisel brush. Blotting runout as I went.
Sanding with 320 grit the following day to bring back the crisp lines in lettering. And any paint overage.
Sprayed Rattle can poly 3 coats with light 0000 steel wool between coats.

Had a lot of fun with this one.
