Final got a chance to cut this weekend.
I am cutting the small version of the box.
As I am using a Pirahna, I needed to cut the Base in two pieces, which will be stacked and glued.
I found that my tram is out, as this was the first time using a bit larger than a 1/4 inch. 3/4 inch bit for surfacing showed the flaw.
The grooving is so minor, that 2 strokes with medium grit sandpaper removes them.
Also found that my 90 degree V-bit is not truly 90 degrees. I will re-cut with one pass of the V-bit and later determine true angle of the bit later.

So... Almost ready. Need to re-cut the Top half of the base, and the Lid
then a quick cut of hinge pieces.
