He likes bright colors and he does best with simple shapes. Having too much in an image overwhelms his senses and can cause seizures.
One of his favorite characters, and shows, is Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood.
I incorporated three of the characters from the show, and placed his name on it. This will be hung in his playroom, where he spends the majority of his time.
I did a simple carve on a piece of Poplar. I had a piece that was just the right size.
Then did a color fill. I guess the image quality isn't that good, because it appears blurred. The carve and fill are very crisp.
