I am not sure if this already exists in any of the Vectric software however it would be awesome if is there a tool that would examine a vector and automatically adjust all corners for a specific radius, let's say the smallest tool is on hand is .250 and it needs to fit precisely into a corner or radius. The utility would need to check every corner or radius and make a adjustment so that all radius in the vector are at least the corresponding size or larger.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Look at the inlay toolpath. You don't have to run the female

Method #2check every corner or radius and make a adjustment so that all radius in the vector are at least the corresponding size or larger.
Select all vectors
Offset OUTWARD by the RADIUS of the bit
Offset INWARD by the DIAMETER of the bit
Offset OUTWARD by the RADIUS of the bit
