Is there a gadget that would put a quarter circle chamfer cutting down (not a radius round over) around the inside of a box.

Run a profile toolpath ON the inside vector with a roundnose bit, to the depth of the bottom of the cove. No need for any gadget.

You could use a ball nose mill, and profile ON the line at a depth of the radius of the cutter.

Gerry and Leo gave you the scoop on getting the cove cut (quarter circle). If you want the cut you drew (cove plus straight edge), do as they instructed for the cove, then use a straight end mill on the outside of the profile to finish the cut to the full depth of the material.

Thanks guys for the advise, to explain a little better I had been trying to cut the cove into an edge in stone my problem is I can only do it in very small passes do to the nature of the stone being very abrasive and time consuming I was looking for a quicker way to do it.
Have also tried to extrude the shape along a vector but find I cannot get the depth it comes out flat in the 3d preview not sure what I am doing wrong here.

I would still draw a vector that represents the centerline path of the cutter and set the DOC for the steps you need.
Still profile toolpath ON.
The Radius if the cutter would be the radius of the cove. Of course you will not use a 4" diameter cutter, but I don't know the radius of the cove.
There "may" be possibilities with the fluting gadget, but I have no experience with that.
