Hi,

I have just acquired a dual valve air drill, I have a Shopbot PRT Alpha and need a post processor for Aspire V8. Can you help and also advise me on using this within Aspire? Do I have to have a separate toolpath and then save that toolpath with this post processor? The Air Drill will be on output 5 and 6.

Thanks,
Joe

Joe...
The legacy version of operating these drills was to have a separate post processor. The current and ShopBot supported post would be The ShopBot_TC_Inch. It will take a little setup time, but you can then run any number of tools in your spindle AND drill in the same file. ShopBot has a number of docs on how to setup the drill. Best to ask on their forum.

If you need a stand alone postP for just the drill, I should have one. email in signature
