Material: Lowes 2.5x2.5 in Poplar
Rounded with a 1/5" end mill
Cut using a 120° V-bit
Total cut time 17 minutes and 6 seconds

COULD be Holy Heck on kneecaps/pantyhose/ and sanding though....cut quality LOOKS good Randall!!

sanding though....cut quality LOOKS good

I really don't see any need for sanding. These would probably look best painted since the poplar has some color variation, or possibly with a matte finish if you like the color variation.
