Hi.
I am trying to figure out how to make a large display piece.
Idea is.
Import STL file of scaled Military Rifle.
Issue besides not knowing where to start.
I have a 4 axis machine and wish to hold the project whilst the tool does the work, flip it over and do the other side.
Any advice will be taken gratefully
regards
Ian

Re: Very LARGE project
In my opinion, the way to start something like this would be to break it down into it's primary component parts, cut each of those separately, and then assemble. I'm not sure it would even be possible to cut that out in one go with a 4 axis.

Re: Very LARGE project
Flat out, it is not possible in "one go" or on a 4th axis.
As suggested, you need to make pieces.
