Ok I found a better spec sheet for the motor. It is a 1.8 deg. So I still assume my calculations above are right?

Thanks all who helped :D . I made a file of a 1" pvc pipe with small squares that wrap around the complete pipe, then chucked a piece in the jaw and scratched it with a 1/32 bit and it is correct. The toolpath where one square ended and another began were exact. I will post a picture of my first wood test piece next week sometime. I want to make a jig to hold the head and tail pieces that mounts to my spoil board. I wont have a chance to tinker no more till one evening next week :( . Busy busy!
