These are the settings for my Wrapped Job Setup
screen shot of what it "should" look like if the pipe were split and layed out flat. .25 thick pvc pipe. Shape height is 0.16 and set to leave a 0.04 gap below model. and Subtract from components (invert image)
This is what my screen shows under Toolpaths > Toolpath Drawing > Wrap Y Values (around X Axis)
OK as best I can tell you machined as shown in the pic and stopped the job part way through when the right hand side of the rectangle was obviously wrong.
Does this sound right?

My first thought would be some sort of mechanical slippage. Work holding. Pulley slipping on shaft. Etc.
After that, my next best guess is step and direction signals are not set correctly.
Check your stepper drive specs to see if they trigger on a rising or falling edge and set the high/low active accordingly.
With such a small step over, you have many many rotary axis direction changes in code and it is possible that you are losing or gaining one step on every change.
I would also suggest that you try something with a larger stepover till you get the result you are expecting.
Also use a machining strategy that makes each pass along the rotary axis, not across it.
