Vcarve pro and rotary wrapping

I have a quick question.

I bought a used cnc that has an aftermarket indexing head attached to it. The prior owner had Rhino but the license did not transfer to me and I really don't want to do any free form 3d modeling at this time but I would like to do a few of the rotary wrapped projects for island posts etc that can be done in vcarve pro. My question is does vcarve pro run right through wincnc without having to be imported into a rhino like program to run?
