Screen Resolution

Post by lookout4 »

Design & Carve requires a minimum screen resolution of 1280x1024. What is the down side of less? I now have 1280x720 and have been able to work with Aspire with no real problems. Of course I can go ahead and get that second monitor as "required". Thanks, L4

The main downside would be the videos are set to display in an area which will pretty much fill 1280 x 1024. I would guess a reasonable portion would be cutoff with the resolution you have. If a second monitor is an option then its actually better when learing from the videos anyway as you can have the software on the first screen and the video on the second.

Cheers,
James
