Wrong Circle Diameter
Somewhere between Cut2D and Mach 3 Scaling goes awry. I drew an 8" circle using the tool in Cut2D and then uploaded it to Mach3. The resulting cut circle is 8.5" . I have used several other programs to create a circular tool path and the result is always the same; a larger circle than the dimensions call for. Where to look and what to do?

Re: Wrong Circle Diameter
First thing I would be checking is "Steps per Inch" setting, under "Motor Tuning" in Mach.

Re: Wrong Circle Diameter
Also make sure you have checked the proper side of the circle to cut - inside or outside.
