how to make it work

I have owned this CNC Shark for about 60 days and have not been able to get it to work.I have checked to make sure all the downloads are downloaded and installed,that the post processer in the toolpath is correct. I have gone over several tutorials to make shure the I was using the proper sequence. I checed the tech notes and eliminated the possible causes from that. I have tried two different computers(ASUS and ACER). All this said and done, whenever I send the code to the card and key run from card,the router goes up then comes down and stops. I would appreciate any assistance anyone can offer. Sarge

on this page top, you can see search... click on, and please type cnc shark... you will see posts about cnc shark... many people posted this error before... all got some solution for...
mostly mezalick answer for cnc shark errors...

Did you get it solved? Read the search on shark, lots of good stuff. Most likely your connectors.
